3 of the best brains in Human Resources once met for Dinner to catchup after a gap of 3 years in one of the fine dining restaurants in Mumbai and during the discussions we figured out to do something which will help HR community but will also create a long lasting HR brand and “TALBRUM” was founded.
Vinay Dalal, Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Vinay manages TALBRUM’s day to day affairs and is responsible for running the business. Vinay brings in 26 years of experience not only in managing Human Resources, but also the experience of running 3 startups prior to focusing on building TALBRUM. He has worked in leadership roles with Reliance Retail, Wipro BPO, Computer Science Corporation and Daink Bhaskar. Being an Engineer and a management graduate he has a flair towards technology and with his passion to digitize HR helped him to develop TALBRUM brand since we started this journey.
Praveen Pankajakshan, Co-Founder and Seed Investor
Praveen is a seasoned Senior Human Resources professional with over 28 years of International and domestic experience in managing Human Resources profession in Retail, Banking, Audit & Financial Services Consulting, Information Technology as well a Manufacturing industries. During his tenure with companies like BankDhofar, Reliance Retail, IDBI Bank, Datec Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Parasrampuria group and Leela Scottish Lace he was able to build & manage large HR teams. He was instrumental in building Reliance Retail Human Resources and was also been associated with the startup teams of IDBI Bank and Datec Corporation.
