Talbrum HRMS (here after called as HRMS) operates the web and mobile-based service. This privacy policy governs your use of the software application HRMS ("Application") for mobile devices that was created by HPSPL. This page informs you of HRMS policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service. User login is mandatory in order to be able to use the basic features of the Application. HRMS will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. Talbrum HRMS uses your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
While using Talbrum Services, HRMS may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, postal address and other information ("Personal Information"). When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide your user name, password and use of the Application, and information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and project management information.
This app collects location data in the background, including when the app is closed or not in use, to enable the "Track Me" feature when activated by your employer organization and to mark attendance for geofence-based locations. Background location is only collected when these features are enabled and the relevant device permissions have been granted. This location data is shared only with your employer organization to record attendance and verify your location during work hours. It is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
The Application also collects precise device location, including in the background and when the app is closed or not in use, where this is required to provide the location-based features described in Section 2 (such as the "Track Me" feature and geofence-based attendance marking). Precise location is collected only when these features are enabled by your employer organization and the relevant device permissions have been granted. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings, although doing so may limit or prevent the use of these features.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive. We use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.
HRMS may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. Only aggregated data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and HRMS service.
Location data collected through the "Track Me" and geofence-based attendance features is shared with your employer organization, which acts as the controller of that data for workforce-management and attendance purposes. Apart from this, HRMS will not share your information with any third parties or disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information, except in the following circumstances:
HRMS will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information, including location data, for up to the period necessary to provide the attendance and workforce-management features and to meet your employer organization's record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. If you would like HRMS to delete User Provided data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided data may be required in order for the Application to function properly, and that your employer organization may retain attendance records independently in accordance with its own policies and applicable law.
Before background location is collected, the Application presents an in-app disclosure and requests your permission. You may grant or decline this permission, and you may revoke it at any time through your device's settings. Disabling location permissions will stop background location collection but may prevent the "Track Me" and geofence-based attendance features from working. The Application does not access your location for advertising or analytics purposes.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Information. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
The Service is intended for use by employees and authorized users of organizations that subscribe to HRMS, and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
